This Privacy Policy applies to the Checklist Living mobile application and related services operated by Brill Concept GmbH (the “Service Provider”).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 8 September 2026.
What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. Brill Concept does not retain this information or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
Checklist Living does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Do third parties receive information?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, Brill Concept does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Checklist Living does not require user accounts, does not create server-side user profiles, and does not maintain a server-side task history for ordinary use.
If custom lists, task names, descriptions, dates, priority levels, recurring schedules, reusable patterns, progress history, day streaks, achievements, reminder settings, completed-task visibility preferences, starting-screen settings, or related preferences are stored locally by the Application, they remain on your device and are not received or retained by Brill Concept on its servers.
If you voluntarily contact Brill Concept outside normal app use, for example by email, information you provide may be retained only as needed to respond to your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
Where Checklist Living stores lists, tasks, descriptions, priorities, repeating schedules, reusable patterns, progress history, streaks, achievements, reminders, or interface preferences locally on your device, you can remove that information using deletion or reset controls available in the Application, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application, as applicable.
If you voluntarily provided personal information to Brill Concept outside normal app use, such as by sending an email, you may request deletion by contacting support@brillconcept.online. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. Brill Concept does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because Checklist Living does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data through Brill Concept systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are applied to systems and any information lawfully held.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to Brill Concept, appropriate steps and notifications will be provided where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Brill Concept may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to Brill Concept and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
